Our products

Every item is handmade. Because each piece is crafted individually, slight variations in color, size, and finish are normal and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative; the item you receive may differ slightly.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious error.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only — we do not offer international shipping. A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $60, and shipping is free on orders of $60 or more. Estimated delivery is typically 3–8 business days after your order ships, though handmade or made-to-order items may take additional time to prepare. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.

Returns and refunds

We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns under the following limited conditions:

• You must request a return within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing us at contact@ayopili.com.
• Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — in which case we will refund any amount charged. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot cancel an order that has already shipped.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product designs, photographs, text, and the Taticrochets name — belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
