This Privacy Policy explains how Taticrochets (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you shop at our online store. We are a small handmade-crochet business based in Florida, United States, and we only ship within the United States.

  • Contact and shipping details — your name, email address, and shipping address, which you provide at checkout.
  • Order details — the items you purchased, their prices at the time of purchase, and order status.
  • Payment information — card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process, fulfill, and ship your order;
  • Send you order confirmations and shipping updates;
  • Respond to your questions and handle returns; and
  • Keep records required for tax and accounting purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we use

We rely on a few trusted service providers to run the store. They only receive the information needed to perform their service:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and stores order records.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage that keeps your shopping cart working while you browse. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

Children’s privacy

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
